Do Not Drink … Gamble!

[ English ]

If you like to have a cocktail ever so often, keep your money at home if you are going to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Empty your handbag, your money belt, and leave all money, plastic credit and checks at home. Grab whatever cash you expect to spend on refreshments, tipping and few dollars you intend to lose and leave the rest behind.

Pessimistic? Not by any means. Realistic more like. You can have a success following a boozy night out with your comrades and be blessed enough to hit a long toss at a hot craps game. Keep that adventure considering that it is as short-lived as it gets if you regularly consume alcohol and wager. The pair just do not go well together.

Leaving your moolah at home might be a little bit drastic, but preventative actions for drastic behavior is necessary. If you gamble to profit, then don’t drink alcohol and bet. If you are able to afford to throw away your $$$$ nary a concern, then consume all the no charge beer you are able to handle, but do not pack charge cards and cheques to toss into the mix of chasing squanderings after your inebriated self throws away all the cash!

Allow me to take this a single step more. Don’t consume alcohol and then head on to the internet to bet in your favorite online casino either. I love to drink from the comfort of my abode, however seeing that I’m connected through Neteller, Firepay and keep charge cards at my fingertips, I can’t drink and gamble.

How come? Although I don’t consume alcohol to excess, when I drink alcohol, it is clearly sufficient to befuddle my common sense. I wager, so I don’t consume alcohol when gambling. If you are a drinker, do not bet at the same time. When mixed, both create a ferocious, and crazy, cocktail.
