A smaller Iowa gambling den is the Diamond Jo, a river based gambling hall in Dubuque, with 17,813 sq.ft., 776 slot machines, and 19 table games. The Catfish Bend river boat, in Fort Madison, with 13,000 sq.ft., 535 slot machines, and 14 table games. An additional Iowa river boat gambling hall, The Isle of Capri, is open never closes, with 24,939 sq.ft., 1,100 slots, and 24 table games. The Mississippi Belle II, a 10,577 square foot paddle wheel boat gambling den in Clinton, has 506 slots, 14 table games, live productions, and Thursday twenty-one events.

Iowa casinos offer a great amount of tax money to the state of Iowa, which has permitted the funding of a lot of state wide activities. Visitors have increased at an accelerated percentage accompanied with the request for services and a gain in jobs. Iowa gambling halls have been helpful to the growth of the market, and the affection for wagering in Iowa is absolute.
